You must be at least 13 years old to use nHance. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

nHance provides health and wellness information for informational purposes only. The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Certain features of nHance may require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, and subscription details will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card information.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design, are owned by InnoWear Labs Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnoWear Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InnoWear Labs Ltd from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
