Delete Your nHance Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to request deletion of your nHance account and associated data.

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you want to delete your account before proceeding.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Open the nHance app on your mobile device (iOS or Android)
  2. Navigate to Settings:
    • Open the app and log in to your account
    • Go to the "Settings" screen
  3. Access Account Deletion:
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings screen
    • Tap on "Delete your Account"
  4. Verify Your Email:
    • Enter your registered email address to confirm account deletion
    • Make sure the email matches the one associated with your account
  5. Confirm Deletion:
    • Review the information carefully
    • Tap the "Delete" button to permanently delete your account
📱 Alternative Method: If you're unable to access the app, you can also request account deletion by sending an email to our support team at chandan@nhance.health with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you delete your nHance account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Account Information: Email address, name, password, and account credentials
  • Profile Data: Profile picture, personal information, and user preferences
  • Health & Fitness Data: Steps, calories, distance, heart rate, and other health metrics
  • Food Diary: All food logs, meal records, and dietary information
  • Hydration Data: Water intake records and tracking history
  • Appointments: Consultation bookings and appointment history
  • Shopping Cart: Saved items and cart contents
  • Activity Data: All fitness activities, games, and engagement records
  • Settings: App preferences and configuration data

Data Retention Period

Upon account deletion request:

  • Immediate Deletion: Most account and personal data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation
  • Backup Systems: Some data may remain in our backup systems for up to 30 days for security and recovery purposes
  • Legal Requirements: We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance)
  • Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes

What Data May Be Kept?

For legal and operational reasons, we may retain the following:

  • Legal Records: Transaction records, payment information (if applicable), and records required for legal compliance
  • Support Records: Customer service interactions and support tickets (anonymized after account deletion)
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify individual users

After Account Deletion

  • You will no longer be able to access your account or any associated data
  • You will be logged out of the app immediately
  • You can create a new account with the same email address after deletion, but previous data will not be recoverable
  • You may receive a confirmation email after successful account deletion
